You can ether create a vampire sims or have a sim changed. If you are starting with a human sim, this challenge does not start till they are changed to a vampire.
No cheats or mods can be used that would give you an unfair advantage over others.
You can place your Vampire Founder in an already made home or build one. No money cheats can be used. You have to deal with what you have. Your sim can not live with any other sim vampire or otherwise. Till you reach the Overrule Lifespan.
You must freeze your vampire sims lifespan. (ether by potion of youth, cow-plant, or even in the settings)
You can shorten the normal sims lifespan to make the challenge go by a bit faster.
